The NSW star Swayzee took home the IRT NZ Cup in style with a
confident Cameron Hart drive for trainer Jason Grimson.
It was an entertaining race with many moves throughout but the NSW visitor was just too good for his NZ opponents in an impressive
victory! Swayzee is owned by Boots Properties Racing Pty Ltd, L F Drake, N H Jackson and J R Grimson.

JC Caffyn Indigenous Drivers Series
Lleyton Green took out the final of the JC Caffyn Indigenous Drivers Series. Green took the reins on the Michael Formosa mare Heavenly
Holly.
The following drivers were those selected to compete in the final. McKayler Barnes, Lleyton Green, Courtney Sutherland, Danny Mackney, Jess Prior, Jeffrey Brown, Jake Wade, Danny Gatt, Dwayne
Brown and Todd Day.
The eureka
Encipher wins the inaugural $2.1million The Eureka at Racing at
Club Menangle for owner Tyson Like & slot holders Summit Bloodstock. The lone mare in the field clocked 1:51.8 for the 2400m
with Luke McCarthy driving for trainer Emma Stewart.
Redcliffe cup
Congratulations to owner Joe Conolly and driver Seaton Grima on taking out the Redcliffe Cup with Loyalist NZ trained by Jason Grimson. It was both Conolly and Grima's first group 2 success. The 6 year old gelding brought up his 11th win in 73 starts, taking his stakes to over 200k.
"It's undoubtedly the biggest thrill of my driving career so far. Winning my first race at Penrith in October 2019, was pretty special, but this is the highlight so far. It's my first Group Two win, and I was rapt to get it behind my only drive at Redcliffe." the 20-year-old fully qualified cabinet-maker said.
Flood Relief '23 Invitational drivers series
Congratulations to Will Rixon when he took out the prestigious Flood Relief '23 Invitational Drivers Series, a highlight at the hugely-successful ANZAC Day race meeting hosted by Forbes Diggers Harness Racing Club. Rixon came up against some of the best drivers in the sport when he accumulated 18 points finishing well ahead of Robert Morris. Each of the drivers wore a set of racing silks provided by Hyland Sportswear that were sponsored by different businesses. Will's sponsor was Camden- based business Michael Brown Planning Strategies which
Michael is also a member of the NSWSOA committee.
